Hi long term lerker, thought I would share my latest tutorial on everything you need to know about running ps1 backups on ps3.

PC Requirements
-CD-Burner with speeds of 2-8X
-CloneCD (To dump psx games to your computer)
-Alcohol 120% (To burn games to cd)
-Blank CD-R disc

PS3 Requirements
-Latest Multiman (You can update by going to the update option inside multiman located at the far left)
-CFW 3.55

How to Dump a PSX game
  1. First pop in your favorite ps1 game and download and install CloneCD, launch the program and select “Read to Image” which is the first button.

  2. Now select your cd drive and choose “Game CD” but don’t click next yet.

There still a number of PS3 out there that after downgrading via 'Factory Service Mode', had lost their Blu-Ray movie playback because the DRL files got destoried, and there been a number of ways to recover them but none of they very easy, and most tutorials never were not 100% successful on the earlier 256mb NAND FAT PS3 Consoles, but thanks to the recent QA Flag finally being disclosed a few months ago, old-time scener Mark Webber has returned to give one last good tutorial on how to recover your Blu-Ray movie playback on these Sony PS3 Consoles:
