Original classic Duke Nukem 3D will arrive on Android devices 'very soon'

Sure, Duke Nukem Forever didn’t exactly live up to the hype for many gamers, but the same can’t be said of the 1996 classic Duke Nukem 3D, which rocketed the character to stardom.

Who does not remember the Duke, with his rough colorful dialog, and the cartoon adult content like strippers, etc. Long before Grand Theft Auto appeared on the 'scene', the Duke was the 'worse', the 'bad ass', the 'violent game' you didn't want your kids playing. Now you can re-live those childhood memories 'very soon' on your Android tablet Let's just hope their statement of 'very soon' does not turn out like 'ForEver', which took forever to appear!

This holiday season, if you pick up a new Android tablet for your friends or family, you be able to also grab an 'Android All-Stars Card' as gift, allowing them to purchase some Android games for it!

One of the problems with the growing trend of Android devices, is if you going to pick one up for your family or close friends this holiday season, they going to unwrap a 'blank' tablet, and have to BUY their own apps to try it out, some gift that is they just unwrapped from you, not very nice Mr. Santa. -- Well have no fear, indiePub claims they have a wonderful idea to produce the first of its kind, a 'gift card' with a coupon code allowing the holder to grab a selection of what they are calling 'All-Stars' bundles of games.

Seems their is problem with EA servers and those playing FIFA 12 online

Every single breach on Xbox Live recently has been used to purchase FIFA content, which has lead to suggestions that there is a problem with Electronic Arts servers themselves!

It is all the same, major number of reports from Xbox Live customers complaining about hacked accounts, unauthorized purchases, and the pattern is weirdly the same all related to FIFA 12, and having unauthorized purchases made using their credit card information or existing Microsoft points!

A little twist on the 'online pass' with the latest game Batman: Arkham City, as Catwoman is one-time character unlocked with a CODE, once entered, others owning the game will have to fork over $10

Next week, the latest Batman game for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, appears in the stores, and one of the great features is it going to have Catwoman as a playable character, but growing trend in fighting the used gaming market is to include or block off sections of the game for those that re-buy it used, in this case it will be Catwoman that you lose unless you willing to trade in some Microsoft points or PSN bucks to get her back!

Apple spent millions upgrading their servers since iOS 4, but still with today's rollout of iOS 5, it was not enough

Apple had problems during the last big update, and afterwards and with the planned launch of iCLOUD, they spent millions on brand-new servers, but it seems iOS 5 was just too much for the world's internet, with tons of people screaming left and right, about 'bricked' phones, lost 'music, video, photos', you name it nothing but hair-pulling tension.

Xbox 360 players may be experiencing difficulties...

EA have said that Xbox 360 gamers playng FIFA 12 may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the servers as a result of you being a 'dedicated gamer and having a lot of save files on your 360 HDD'

First Gears of War 3, has a major multiplayer glitch, and now EA Sport's FIFA 12, and being another super hot seller, it didn't take long for players to start complain as they randomly got kicked from the servers, and could not log back in.

Now EA has come up with a FIX, the first is to state it because you are a 'dedicated gamer', you could too many 'save files' on your HDD, so their solution for 'hardcore' dedicated gamers', so to go find a USB memory stick, and move just your 'gamertag profile' and 'FIFA 12' save file over to it, and use the USB stick when playing their buggy game, which they going...

They can't have as you can still grab it from Apple marketplace for 99cents, as another one slips thru

Apple must be getting over-worked, as more little apps are slipping thru their tight-ass approval process, this one borrowing characters from the Nintendo Zelda series, and even called iZelda

Another one has slipped thru the cracks in Apple's normally very tightly controlled pre-screening approval process, I wonder if they need more employees looking at all the new apps, or they just plain given up because of the mind-blogging amount of apps being submitted each day to the marketplace, compare to previous app store years!
