It's up to developers to decide how they want to leverage the power of the console.

Microsoft has clarified another major detail about the upcoming Project Scorpio console, this one answers the big question in regard to having framerates locked so the newer Xbox One is on 'parity' with the older Xbox One consoles during multiplayer gaming.
It seems that Microsoft is going to allow developers to decide what is best when it comes to their gamers meeting online during a session, with one using an older previous generation of Xbox One, battling it out with an more powerful Xbox One with better framerates, etc.

First Step Of Many Towards Reverse-Engineering The New Nintendo Switch Game Cartridges!

At early glance it seems Nintendo has upped the game to prevent Flashcards on their new console, by adding a extra 'security module' to each cartridge, instead of having just encryption on the console side like 3DS, its now on both sides of the bus interface.
As reported by @modrobert of EurAsia, there is a blog post on the Reverse-engineering site called Texplained regarding their recent progress on Decapping the new Zelda: Breath of the Wild game cartridge for the Nintendo Switch, it is a very nice in-depth 'teaser' to read, but the full report is not available yet, and sadly when it is they will add it to their 'online R-E catalog' for you to buy to read it all!

Our MaxConsole Game Reviewer @JHardin1112 Is Proud To Be Covering The Latest Nintendo 3DS Release!

Created by Tanukii Studios, Go! Go! Kokopolo 3D: Space Recipe for Disaster is the long awaited follow-up to the world’s first chase-em-up game Go! Go! Kokopolo, which released back in 2011 for the DSiWare service.
For the uninitiated, the chase-em-up style is where you attack enemies and they chase you down. It’s a sparsely populated genre, but certainly the two titles that I’m aware of in this list are very much worthwhile to play.

SRFD begins with a brief cutscene showing a space bunny crashing into a meteor and dropping pieces of some kind of a stone tablet (or something) down to earth. Yet Another Great Game Review By Our Very Own @JHardin1112 For You To Enjoy Reading!

You’re falling through your consciousness, screaming at high speeds through familiar memories and events only known to you, pondering why you’re trapped in your own expanse of imagination, until finally you come crashing against the deck of a sky ship adrift amongst a sea of storm clouds on the cusp of destruction….
At first stepping into Soul Axiom, a game that is essentially a 3D puzzler with hints of a platformer, you get the feeling of a great story, one that will shatter the barriers of storytelling that you have developed over time. Unfortunately, this story becomes lackluster due to the game being something of a disappointment.

Soul Axiom starts off as a simple hub-world based puzzle game in which you are gradually given...
