Street Fighter X Tekken will receive 12 new fighters as a DLC on July 31. Capcom wanted to release this DLC after the Playstation Vita version hit stores, but they finally decided to move up the date to coincide with a patch balancing update for the console versions.
The new characers are: Blanka, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Guy, and Sakura (from Street Fighter) and Bryan Fury, Jack, Alisa, Lars, Lei, and Christie (from Tekken). The price for this DLC has been set to 1.600 Microsoft Points or $20. However, Playstation 3 owners of the game will receive this 12 characters for free if they purchase the game for Playstation Vita.
As you already know, this content is inside the disc since the first day, but it's locked :(
Below, you can read some details of the new patch update:
- Ryu, Ken and Akuma's Tatsumaki Sempuu kyaku have all had their hitboxes reduced in size
- Rolento's jabs addressed!
- Xiaoyu's crouching hard kick phoenix loops
- Raven crouching HP loops
- Auto-block gem has been re-balanced
