Thanks to the Twitter of Ubisoft Toronto we can confirm that a new game is coming to Kinect and Wii U: 'Avengers: Battle for Earth'.

“Ubisoft has announced a partnership with Marvel to release “Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth” which will be available for Kinect and Wii U,”

“‘Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth’ will be developed by our friends at Ubisoft Quebec.”

This is the second Ubisoft game announced for Wii U, after they announced Assassin's Creed III for the new Nintendo system.
