Basically you have two options, either paying a monthly-fee of $75 per month, or a lower $49 month free if you sign a contract for the 1 year option which works out to be only $600/year vs. costly high-price of $2600 that it costs to buy the entire Abobe suite up front with no monthly or annual fee). There are of course discounts for existing CS3, CS4 and CS5 and Student users ($29.90). Adobe Creative Cloud gives you the freedom to design anything you can imagine.
