As you can guess by the name, PS Vita Homebrew Preparer enables your PSP homebrews to be used with VHBL for Playstation Vita.

Developer SiLENTGame has just released an useful tool that converts PSP homebrew into VHBL ready files for Playstation Vita. This tool is called PS Vita Homebrew Preparer and it makes the job for you of preparing your PSP homebrews for the Playstation Vita VHBL easily. If you want to try some homebrew on your Playstation Vita you'd better use this tool.
According to SiLENTGame:
The preparing process to run the games with VHBL is a bit annoying so I decided to code a little tool which will do this task for you or rather a big part of this task.
I called this program "PS Vita Homebrew Preparer".
It decompress the PSP homebrew game for you and compress it again with some saves included so that you only have to copy the folder via OpenCMA to your PS Vita.
I hope you like this tool and i look forward to some feedback of you so that I can optimize this tool.
