The new Wii model to replace the old one has an Official name 'Wii Family Edition', as see by these recent pictures taken by 'Elvis56' of the new Wii model!

Here is some quick pictures of the new Wii model still in the box as the purchase by Elvis56 was for a friend, but it shows the new name, and this will be replacement model that Nintendo mentioned a few months ago that will lay flat only, and has no Gamecube functions.
