I have been procrastinating about getting this up, but it is finally up and ready to use.

You all know trainers.evolution-x.info went down a few months back, so I got my hands on the database to bring it back to its former glory, and our former glory (as we used to host it) ..

You can sign in using your forum username, but it doesn't share your cookies from forum to trainer database, so you must sign into both seperately. All files uploaded have to be approved by our mods. You must be logged in to download any files. You can also find a quick-link to the trainer archive on the main site, in the left menu section.

We would very much appreciated people contributing the trainers that were released between the time of evolutionx's trainer site disappearing, and now.

Please understand, no one is holding the NTSC version hostage. No one is hiding it from you. I promise, if the trainer should materialize or pop up from a block instead of a mushroom(Think Super Mario Bros.) we will post it. Please enjoy some of the other games xbox has to offer. Perhaps there is another game similar to the Conflict Vietnam that you could try? Just a thought. Well, happy gaming either way. Happy Holidays!!!

The first trainer is from your pack, and it's the same file size as the one in the updated trainers pack, also the third one from the updated trainer pack is labled as pal and is a different file size from the first two. Have tried all three, everyway I can think of possible, sorry for posting here just couldn't email you or anything.

If I had a master list of all trainers that were ever made would make that easy ... I can easily say trainers from at least the last 3-4 months are missing .. minus the few I've posted up already ..

I will consider this an option in the future (maybe after christmas) .. I'm currently working on some of our other top secret, soon to be active areas on the site ;)

I agree that its a good idea though. The only problem that I could forsee, are the files on the archive that don't say if they're pal/ntsc .. unless theres maybe a flag in the etm file that specifies this that I don't know about ... ?

We are resolving this issue right now. Thank you all for reporting it. I am so sorry for the downtime of the archive. We will have it back and running within a short period of time.

The problem appears to be fixed.. something was mysteriously eating up ram allocated to php resources.... working now :)

Congrats on setting up the old archive from evolution. Been missing it for a while. Glad to see someone bought it back.


I just signed up to the forums and I can't log into the archive. I get the following error message:

Heyas anyone who's not figured out how to login to the trainers area this may be what you need to know, instead of typing in your login name/pass at the top left of the screen theres a bit thats in the middle area (the bit where the trainers area actually is) where you type in your name/pass.

Type in your details then click on the login button and you should now be logged into the trainers section properly. (Instead of it saying "Logged in as: Guest User" it'll say your username instead, plus the Log Out and control panel options will appear)

I had a bit of a pain wondering why I wasn't logged in even though I had done several times, then I figured that out. Hope it helps everyone, :)

Well its definately not a Firefox thing (read a previous post) as I use Mozilla Firefox too. Have you tried wiping your Cache? Perhaps its a case of your Cookies or Cache need to be updated? Below is the info on how to do it in IE and Firefox. Not sure on Netscape though, or Opera, or various other browsers atm. But it'll be roughly the same for all browsers really.

If your using Internet Explorer, just go to your Internet Options and under General click on "Delete Cookies", "Delete Files" (making sure to tick the box it has when it pops up), and also you may wish to go into Settings and select "Every visit to the page" and possibly go to "View Objects" pressing CTRL-A and then DELETE. This will force any page that uses additional programs (such as Java, etc) to re-download them when you go back to the page.

Within Firefox simply go to Tools->Options->Privacy and under the Cache area click "Clear Cache Now", and then under the Cookies area click "Clear Cookies Now". Then try closing Firefox, reloading it and then going back to http://trainers.maxconsole.net/ and holding down CTRL click the refresh/reload button to reload the page. (CTRL tells it to FORCE a reload/refresh of the entire page, or was it CTRL-SHIFT, I forget, been ages sorry)

Anyways, try that, it may help, :)

Thanks for the hint, but that also failed. Strange thing, that the forum login is always successful and the "trainer login" always fails. So it is highly probable, that the cause for the problems I have is not the browser.

I'd think that numbers would be acceptable, am guessing its just a case of using alphanumerical chars only. A-Z and 0-9. I should have thought of this before as I use vBulletin myself and have had this problem in the past too. Soz, heh.

Sadly no luck with XBMC…. Luckily My PS2 and GameCube code site (Codejunkies) are still alive…. Maybe because they where better console at the time then Microsofts bulky VCR, it looks like MS dropped support for it as soon as 3RROD 360 come out I cant even find any info about Xbox1 on MS website like they are ashamed of it, and worst yet the 360 has poor support for Xbox1 games….again I think because the 360 is not powerful enough to play Xbox1 games…. Yet the Nintendo Wii can play Game Cube games perfectly, even adds support for 16:9 display. And VC games perfect. “Why try to emulate a PC simply go to Dabs and build one”. :rolleyes: :D

thanks btw for the great forum as i have learned almost everything i know about the xbox from reading these forums, and off the topic, i have an xbox that wont load xbmc no matter what version it is, the closest i got it to work was the latest version which brought me to a black screen with the menu(just the words) showing but i cannot select n e thing or move the curser up or down, but when i hit up or down it will make the noise indicating it is, but after the noise is heard it takes about 4 seconds to be able to make it again, i had to wait about five minutes for it to load(to the frozen menu), i believe in most cases ppl just reset the xbox and not let it load.. any and all help will be appreciated..

thanks btw for the great forum as i have learned almost everything i know about the xbox from reading these forums, and off the topic, i have an xbox that wont load xbmc no matter what version it is, the closest i got it to work was the latest version which brought me to a black screen with the menu(just the words) showing but i cannot select n e thing or move the curser up or down, but when i hit up or down it will make the noise indicating it is, but after the noise is heard it takes about 4 seconds to be able to make it again, i had to wait about five minutes for it to load(to the frozen menu), i believe in most cases ppl just reset the xbox and not let it load.. any and all help will be appreciated..

and yes it was soft modded with SID5(but uninstalled it and restored every back up)... i reinstalled softmod using krazies ndure 3.1 but realized it dont have a back-up/restore menu(or i couldn't find it at least), but i used save game exploit to access SID softmod menu and restored the back ups i never deleted which removed the ndure softmod(i think) but xbmc still would not work as i was using ftp to install it, total waste of time, i then tried using AID5 and thats when i had got that far(to the black screen with white menu) before it would just say "loading please wait" then go back to the evox dash.
maybe im supposed to change a file somehow before using it, as i dont want it as a dash, just an app...i have been to already, and they have nothing i am looking for, could i use the nfsmw black edition(ntsc) patch to patch a regular nfsmw-ntsc default.xbe?, and is it just me experiencing problems with downloading trainers from maxconsole? as i would get the above error, and i have my eeprom saved to my hard drive, just wondering how owuld i go about rebuilding my xbox hdd to stock, whats the best method? o and i had aslo performed a hotswap(no one mentioned anything about pressing pause/break hey at boot up) and i tried using xplorer360, and i get countless errors of "error: out of data on cluster "****"
but i could still add delete files i would just have to baby sit and keep clicking "ok" just wondering what that means and if its a really bad thing.. sorry to swomp ya with all these words, but i really appreciate ur advice as some is better than none, im still a noob, but i have covered pretty much everything as far as softmodding, ftp, hotswap, how to burn, extract, games, how to patch trainers(when having the patch) and if u have aim or yahoo i'll pm u with my screen name to save time and have a real time conversation and explanation.. thanks

i am getting confused on what is going on, everything is running together, lol! i do have both aim and yahoo, but they are not installed on my computer! i use "GoogleTalk", you just have to have a Gmail account (which is free)

I have NEVER been able to download trainers from here. Every so often, I come back and try again, but always get the same result... a blank white screen. I make sure I'm signed in properly. I have tried with IE6, 7, and Firefox in Windows and IE 5, Safari, Firefox, Camino, Opera, and Omniweb on my Mac. I have tried different PC's and made sure popups were not blocked and cookies, javascript etc. were enabled.

the archive was up last spring if i remember correctly. i was using it at least 3 times a week, i was sad when it disappeared again. also, what happened to all of the threads that were in this forum? selecting to view all posts since the beginning only returns a few threads. a lot of trainers were duplicated there from the archive.

hi, and welcome to the forums, i dont know all the details but i can say it isnt your fault, there is a problem with the attachments and has been for quite some time, it is being worked on apparently and once fixed it is hoped that most if not all the old attachments (but not the really old ones) will be restored along with the ability to get new ones posted properly.
