I can't even get it to decrypt the eboot.bin for Gran_Turismo_PSP_USA-pSyPSP.

It states cannot decrypt and then exists.

i got it to decrypt perfectly on my 3000 but after rebuilding the iso it will not run, just the black screen everyone keeps talkin about.

euro version ,5.00 m33-6 black screen ..guess its prob comes from prx in module folder of the game ,are only compatible with gen 5.50 only

It's 5.55 and I cannot even get the Game Decrypter to decrypt it much less be able to run the game..

I remember reading somewhere on the forums that someone got GT working on their 5.00m33-6. I have tried the eboot decryption on a US (pSyPSP) and a EUR (NextLevel) saved as a CSO and ISO and all of them load to a blank screen. Is there a certain version of GT that has to be used or will I have to switch to 5.50GENB-2 (which for some reason I wouldn't prefer)?

i think with GT when u open the original iso with umdgen you must export the list table after when you replace the eboot rimport the list table to keep the structure of the the original iso ..try it and let me know

Correction: It can be decrypted on 5.00 M33-6. I just did it. And then I updated my psp to 5.50 Gen-B2 and it ran without any problem.

Yeah it works. I cant state the release group for reasons, and the game is iso, not cso. When your build the iso, you need the right structure or it`ll get stuck at the auto-save screen

With the USA version every time I ran it though the decrypter it would spit it out and say cannot decrypt when I was in 5.00 M33-6

I also did not use any LBA protection... just deleted the eboot.bin and added the decrypted one. and it ran without issue...

Aghhaa!!! That American announcer does my head in! I so badly want to turn his voice off. I wonder if he's not in the EUR version, also does anyone know which sound files he's hiding in? So I can delete them?

i was able to decrypt it on 5.00 M33-6
but it's not playable on 5.00 M33-6 :(
screen stays black right after booting up. the psp freezes completely.

If you use the GT.VOL from the US version, the PAL version works !

us version cso , default config in recovery menu work fine on gen-b2

The Eur Version of GT needs to be redumped , i don't think its 100% ok to change the GT.VOL file from the US to EUR version. Maybe there are mistakes in the game if you play a while, but for now it's ok.

So anyone who has the Original GT EUR redump it please...

Stop asking for ISOs, find them yourself.

GT fails to work for me but for a different reason. I can get it to boot up and it'll work up to the point when it's supposed to load the main menu.

Then the loading animation just plays forever and it never loads the game.

I'm sorry i use psp-2004 with 5.50GEN-B2 with UMD mode Normal.
But with UMD mode M33 it could work.
Probably the problem is 5.00m33.

I've patched it.. but i used the wrong eboot.bin -_- used the original instead of the eboot.bin in the "Decrypted" folder.. :S my bad XD

Mine was doing the same stuff using the M33 driver. I turned off all my plugins and it worked fine after that. (Well, most of them. Turned off all my RemoteJoy, CWCheat, and USB ones. Left my cxmb, vsh menu ones on.)
