H943A Drive swap need help!

I swapped a TS-H943A MS 28 for a TS-H943A MS 25 into my xbox and I am getting the ring. I think it is from the drive.

Could it possibly be my MS 25 drive?

Would the drive need spoofed because they're different firmwares?

If so where can I read fully about learning how to do this? I have a laptop that isn't compatable to flash drives with that be a problem?

What kind of options do I have? Error code is 0230.

the replacement drive needs the key from the consoles original drive putiing in it and it needs the firmware spoofing to that of the original drive.

this is a question that has come up loads of times and gets the same answer.

thank you for your help. Now I have to find a tutorial and a friends computer to do this...damit haha.
