can i play my bought online hard drive game on another 360

i have a non hdmi 360 and have marvel vs capcom 2 on its 20gb hard drive
i just bought a hdmi 360 and now i want to sell the non hdmi 360
and i would rather keep the hdmi 360 and sell the non hdmi 360
i am gonna sell one of them

i have tried to play my marvel vs capcom 2 online on a different 360
and xbox live told me to pay to activate game

can i call xbox live on the phone and tell them, can they fix it

is there a away for me to keep the hdmi 360 and play my favorite online game
without buying it twice ?

i also have like $20 in microsoft points can i change 360's and keep this

i know you can transfer the licences from one console to another, but this can be done only once a year. i done this when i bought a new 360. you have to re-download all the bits but they were all working fully. also the ms pionts you have are tied to the gamercard not the console i believe. hope this answers your question...............sudeki300
