SMB with VBA

So i just found out this is possible but im not sure how to make it work. Do i need a sharing program on my pc?

How do i set it up on the wii?

SMB is also known as windows file sharing. It can be a pain in the *** at first but a google search is the best option right now.

I have never used VBA so thats the best I can give now.

Google just explains how to use samba but there are no links to the specific set up for VBA or visual boy advance, the gba emulator for wii. :(
