Using Xbox 360 Wireless Controller on PC

I was just wondering whether you can use your wireless Xbox 360 controller on PC via charge kit (USB cable)?

I know you can use it by buying a PC wireless adapter but MS does not sell it anymore. on eBay they are asking three times the original price.

i dont see why it wouldnt work. The only way to see is try it yourself. If there asking for 3 times the ammount look around im sure you could find it cheaper if not you just have to fork out the cash for it. But keep looking around.Your sure to find one cheaper

It doesn't work via the play and charge wire. Just buy a wired controller for £10 its easier.
