A strange and perverted iPhone app has hit the market. The App allows 'players' to use the touch screen to blow up skirts of Japanese girls and reveal their panties with various reactions. Video is below:

How ridiculous... vigorously swiping the screen to reveal a japs underwear... the only thing this will be useful for is little brats at school giggling over it with their mates.
