COD 4 Mod's or hacking help?

hey, im a terrible COD4 player, im not going to lie to you guys i suck at cod, quite good at any car game tho. but what i was wondering is there a way to hack either ranks or hacking like ammo and weapons, rapid fire, health ect. this will only make me almost as good as other people so please dont start a flame war here cuz its not worth it. also does the hacks work after the Updates and patches?
I do have a data transfer kit btw.

Sorry dude you dont understand, ive been plaing 2 years now im terrible! im mean im soo bad at the game, i end up with like 15 deaths 5 kill on a good game, i just want to have a little fun like higher jumping and stuff, ma mate is getting a program right now that has been modded to disable to patch and works online. not sure how but it does. Ill be getting that but i need to know about other things or programs first.

Not sure if you guys realise but im not doing this to go online and pretend im better than everyone else or increase my rank, i would like to keep my xbox unbanned. im doing this just to play against some of my friends, they want me to do it so they have a chalange. Some of these guys hve been in top 50 in the world, how do u think i feel when i am **** at the game and they always beat me, i just wanna muk around so piss off if you going to say another dipS**t comment like glitchers must die or hacks are noobs!
