Konami's European blog has posted up a message from the PES team in Tokyo. And the message states that downlodable updates for PES 2010 will hit shortly and they will be FREE.

Im sure they said this for '08 and '09 and what did they release? The new England kit and one really poor update.

Theres a part in the system menu that says downloads aswell so there should definately be something.

Thats in '09 as well. Its just a shortcut to the download in marketplace.
