550 gen-d and ta-082

Has anyone had any probs installing 550 gen-d onto a phat with a ta-082 mobo?? When I tried, it just gives a black screen. It is currently running 550 gen-b whoch installed with no problems.

The GEN B you installed may not be GEN B2 which need to update.....grab "xgen installer v2" you should then be ok
