Either because you're lucky and not banned or the ban hasnt spread to where you are first.

It may not happen right away, it may not even happen for months down the road. Most the time they flag everyone's account and then just do a swap like right now. Odds are he is flagged and will get it in the next wave of bans, on that note anyone know if the wave is over with yet?

Still nothing I've even played CoD:MW2 online.

Your account is flagged and bagged. They don't insta ban anymore, the next ban wave you'll be hit I'm sure. Be it in afew days for the fall update or whatnot.
