Question - if you don't use your HD and an offline profile, do you still get flagged when you go online? Or would using a memory card help? Or is the internal logging (assuming that's real) is not dependent on the HD?

Seriously doubt it's on the HDD, how would the arcade be banned? Maybe it's registered on the NAND or some kind of internal storage.

I know everyone goes on about this but, is there actually any proof that games played offline are logged?

No, but there's been banned consoles that only use backups offline.

I dont know about the off-line thing. The xbox internal clock is always well wrong for me if I dont have my network cable plugged in. So if I played off-line I dont know where it would get the date and time from.

I dont take the risk anyway just commenting.

The rewards aren't date stamped well offline. It uses the online clock to date them, I set my console ahead a month before playing dragons age but I don't think it will matter since once you got back online its going to say hey the date on this console was way off maybe.

Its all speculation as always though isnt it. Simple fact is if you flash then your taking a risk. If i got banned then i would probably go out and get another console. I understand the risk and accept if i get banned.
