How many spoofed drives are banned in here without playing pre-releases, nor abgx?

had a benq, put a lite-on in was banned never downloaded a game did all my own rips using a kreon drive, also had a hacked 250gb hd and used burnt discs to install to the hd

Spoofed a sammy as a lite-on (love my blaster), checked all games with abgx, mostly did all my own rips, never played before release. Now this is just speculation, but possibly Borderlands might be the culprit. I have 2 friends whom I have modded their xbox. One friend I modded his about a month ago and he has not touched Borderlands. I got bordlerands for myself and convinced my friend to let me mod his xbox to play with us. He had his modded for no longer than two weeks, and borderlands was the only game that was not an original. He and I were both banned this week.

EDIT: Forgot to mention my friend's drive is a lite-on.
