how do i use hex editor(jax and daxter)

i keep on getting no instances found, how do i set the editor so i get the right response on the new jax and daxter.
i am using hex editor neo.
what setting is offset?
what setting is display as?
what setting is group by?
what setting is columns?

And how i set the find it starts off with hex by bytes.

i know qwhat to look for but i need help with this editor please cheers.

i think i solve it, the game has to be a iso not a cso, so when you save the eboot.bin don't compress when you are done.
found 53 occurrences.
hex editor set on hex in off set, display as and the columns set on auto.
