Take away his games throw him into juvi and let him drop the soap.
Do the same with the ones that try that, probably his parents.
Ive been playing GTA since it was brought out but you dont see me running around looking for a Killing Frenzy item or try to steal cars and drive over people.

Personally, I think anyone who cant distinguished video games from reality is just ****ed up in the head and should be sent to the nearest mad house.
Although they could just be lying to get off murder in which case just send them to the american (watch your back) prisons.

,
Exactly my thoughts. Although modeling in childhood can lead to inappropriate behaviors,,,,it doesn't mean you'll act foolish when you're an adult. That generalization is made waaaay too much. There is not necessarily causation, but there is correlation. Especially with younger kids.

Oh come on. Come the eff on you fools.
How many times do you hear some 10 year old kid try to act black and say "ima gonna pop you son" or something else the rap artists would say?
How many times do you see kids tyring to emulate what they see in GTA and games like modern warfare.
I know you people like games, but games DO influence kids who ought not to be exposed to them but do due to the negligence of their guardians or whomever.
Next time someone says "im gonna chris brown you" remember where it comes from.

Yesterday I went on jumped on someones head and threw fireballs at moving mushrooms... Then I grabbed a go kart and hooned down the street while throwing tortoises over my shoulder. and my parents think I'm obsessed with games. Huh! Not with this iron will!
Well, I have to go now. Some blonde girl in a pink princess dress needs my attention...

The image shown for the news is not acurate as handgun are not easily sold in France (as in the USA for example). The kid took a shotgun from his parent house, probably a hunting two barrel gun but no precision was given in french media.
But the link with video game was not made without reason as after his parents called the police after they noticed that their shotgun disappeared, the kid didn't executed his plan because of the number of policemen around his school. And what did he do after that? He simply go in a internet café and play WOW (yeah World of Warcraft).
And it's what his father thought and he found his son playing WOW.

Yay another blame video games story. In my life, I've seen more violence on tv and in real life than I've ever seen in videogames. So keep on looking at a game as something that'll taint your precious children, parents. Assholes who don't know what they're doing having kids does more damage imo.
