cIOSv38 rev 15 does not work with neogamma as confirmed by tech3475, it causes a conflict with neogamma and dvd-r media resulting in #001 error, if you have been unfortunate as me and installed it, use anytitledeleter and remove cios 250 this will enable you to reinstall cIOSv38 rev14 and will render neogammar7 working again, without this i got crash error code trying to install cIOSv38 rev14, (cIOSv38 rev 15 is apparently leaked source code and is not a legit waninkoko release which is supposedly due for release xmas eve, i cannot confirm this....)

It's actually ios 249, not 250.

There was ios 249 and ios 250 after updating cIOSv38 rev 15, removing ios 250 allowed me to install cIOSv38 rev 14 over the top of 15 otherwise the wii just crashed, i didnt see the need to remove 249.

New information,

Waninkokos cIOS (249 and 250)*

Note: r15 is NOT compatible with the disc channel and NeoGamma. If you use these to run backups, get r14*

*highlights from here; sites.google.com/site/completesg/cios/waninkoko

so im assuming r15 is fine with sd/usb loaders personnely i prefer dvd-r, ive used both methods and find external hd's get conflicts between pc based wbfs managers and wii itself (wbfs manager 3.0/ sd/usb loader v1.5) after moving and deleting iso through pc wbfs my wii doesnt recognise the hd and the wii will not format the hd until i have formatted the hd through winblows to ntsc then the wii decides to let me build a wbfs (wii backup file system) partition.......

i give up lol
