LOL: Splitfish claim patent infringement on Bannco's FragNstein

In rather amusing news, Splitfish are currently parading on their website alleged 'IP theft' by Bannco's FragNstein product. What's funny about this one is it seems that the Splitfish team can't handle the competition too well and what's even more strange about their claims is that FragNstein had the first totally wireless solution to market.

We already reviewed the FragNstein some time ago (<a href="http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=news&newsid=37607" target="_blank">here</a> and it certainly impressed us.

It's even more abusing how silly Splitfish are acting at the moment, parading around a competitor's product on your homepage isn't exactly the smartest of ideas (which is arguably superior) because it could deflect potential buyers away to the competing FragNstein.

Go to their site and click "consumer protection" on the left to see all the images.

They're literally treating it as if the competition is putting "FragFX" on their own boxes, telling you where to look on the package to make sure your product is "authentic", and calling other products flat out piracy. Pretty funny, considering the products have their own name and actually look completely different aesthetically.

Too bad it will backfire and people won't buy their products because they recognize this.
