Thinking of getting a 1600 grams of solid 22 carat gold PS3? Well you're in luck because a UK company is selling three of the bad boys at around $320,000 USD!

cuz if they just coated it, i wouldnt call it solid gold at all.

I think it is just the Shell of the PS3, not the 'whole' thing otherwise it'd weigh an insane amount and cost loads more than just $300,000!

it is not, gold is one of the best heatsink materials in the wrold, so one huge gold heatsink :D
