Wanting to convert a pc .sav file to a ps2 .max file for MVP Baseball 2005. mvpmods is nearly dead, and I tried for years to get some kind of tutorial over there but no luck. A PC to PSP converter exists. Just wondering where I should start.

There isn't nothing of kind, unfortunally.
