Weird problem with disc backed game

I'm having an audio problem with disc backed game. I'm running a PAL game call Disaster Day of Crisis and it seems there is a slight problem with audio. The audio is too low and has a crappy sound quality.

Does this issue only occur when you try to run PAL games on NTSC wii?

I'm using Neogamma R7.
