I dont know if i should pre order the pc or 360 version.does the pc version have anything over the 360 besides better graphics?I was thinking of getting the 360 one but if the pc version has anything major over the 360 version then ill just get the pc one.i dont care about the graphics being better on the pc version so that alone is not going to convince me to get the pc one.all help is appreciated thanks.

I think I'd hinge it on your preference for a controller or KB/Mouse. From what I understand, the 360 controller is not supported on the PC version. Or, if your PC sucks, then enjoy a playable 360 experience over a stuttering framerate.

The PC may have Controller support i thought this was a requirement of GFWL.
I would say go for the 360 version if you don't care about graphics, it will save you all the problems Games for Windows Live will bring, PC gamers shouldn't expect to play while earning achievements on day one, PC games shouldn't expect to be playing DLC for the first few days of release etc.

i don't think that ME2 is a GFWL game, nobody's saying anything about that. same with different user interfaces and such things.
also, "GFWL" doesn't automatically mean 360 controller support... and vice-versa.

I stand corrected i was getting confused with Bioshock 2 DRM/GFWL.
In which case i don't think the OP would have any problems with ME2 PC.
I just checked up on the GFW certification:
1.4 Support the Xbox 360 Common Controller for Windows [Conditional Requirement] Requirement
Games that support gamepad controllers must support the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows using the XInput API. If DirectInput peripherals are also supported, then DirectInput can also be used. However, XInput must be the default API if an Xbox 360 compatible device is used.
All references to common controller triggers and buttons must use the Xbox 360 names. See the Xbox 360 Common Controller for Windows Terminology list for details.
Controller vibration must be turned off when the game is in a paused or suspended state.
Mouse/keyboard control cannot be fully disabled at any time. At a minimum, an option to return to game menus must be available.
If i understand the above correctly it's not an absolute requirement (if you only include mouse/keyboard support) but if you add gamepad support to your game, you have to include the 360 controller and all of its mappings, is that correct?

That's how I read it too, but when the PC version is released, we'll know for sure.
