Nintendo goes on BS media frenzy, claims Woman lost 112lbs with Wii Fit

Poor sales? Big Easter peiod coming up? Nintendo has started doing what they do best - selling in BS 'features' to the media about their products. This time their latest little trick is pushing the 'fact' that a woman lost 112lbs by using Wii Fit.

Poor sales? Wii just had the biggest month of hardware sales in the history of video games. Wii Fit (a $90 game) has sold nearly 23 million copies, and Wii Fit Plus has already sold 10 million copies. How is this a BS story? It's going to be on the BBC. Exercise alone isn't enough to make you lose 112 pounds, of course you need to eat better too. This site is run by retards.

This is a lie. Fitness mags have tested the Wii and found that it burns even less calories than walking.

The 115 lb or whatever she lost can't have been exclusively from the Wii.

That's not true at all. Maybe they tested Wii Sports, but Wii Fit can burn as many calories as you want to. Step aerobics,walking, running, hula hoop, boxing, etc. Tons of people have lost tons of weight on Wii Fit. It's a fact.
