USB Harddrive On 360?

I have a 150GB USB harddrive formatted as FAT32, no matter what USB port on the 360 I connect it to, the removable media button is greyed out. It work just fine with my PS3, but my PS3 is currently in the shop so now my 360 is my only option.

The harddrive contains all avi videos (divx/xvid), and they all work with the PS3. I do have to hit display all on the PS3 because all the videos are in subfolders.

Ya, Sometimes It's not supports the some file formats in 360 that is the reason it's not
Support in 360.You have to use some other formats that supports in both PS3 as well as 360.

Sometime it could be not support your file format or the ps3.So you can use 360 for connecting usb port.But its best part of your usb port which you use.You can do easily this thing and capacity of your 360 is very easy to do.
