View Full Version : PLEASE help, softmod freezes at WAD manager

Hey guys, I am trying to softmod my new wii (fw 4.2) using this tut:http://www.techkings.org/nintendo-wii/7190-how-softmod-your-wii-version-4-2-only.html

but when I get to step 10 where i must choose my IOS version i choose IOS249 and then my wii freezes. I have tried 5 times and I keep getting the same problem, if anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix this please let me know, thanks.

try changing it to ios 36 instead of 249 i had a wii the other week that was doing this and ended up changing it and then all went well
