I haven't found nothing about what you want...Pal FF8 savegame are very rare...best solution is to find cheat codes and apply them trought cwcheat.

My psp is out of date and no longer can use cwcheat or ff8, i am playing this on the ps3 as i have finished the game just thought i would mess around.
Its cool anyways you got a huge list of things their i am already thankful for a post like that.
