Sorry if you've seen my similar GBA thread in the other forum! Basically, FFVI looks bad on the PSP. Here is a screenshot -

I've tried the Zapper technique and tried values 55,16 and 54,16 - both just give a similar image with slightly thinner/fatter black borders.

Does anyone have a FFVI eboot with modified values that create a more balanced image? I really need help with this.

Cheers!

You cannot change these types of borders dramatically unfortunately. Play the gba version?;)

It's funny you should mention that, manias! I can play the GBA version, but as I said in the Homebrew section of this site (where my other FFVI thread is), the GBA version is woefully laggy on my PSP. If you have any knowledge on how to make the GBA version any better, please help me out there. I'll give you the linky -

Concerning the psONE version, I dug up the old thread on black borders concerning Chrono Cross, and found someone had used 48, 0 as a fixer for Lunar's black borders. It's much better now, so I'm playing it at the moment. Also I've read that the GBA version is censored?
