It appears people had trouble running wad installer with rev18 (fix* update wad installer to v1.6)

i havent tried this rev19 yet;

will this fix usb problems eg
i use cios38_rev17 and i updated 202,222,223,and 224 with no errors
and im tring to run a rumble speed force wheel and it still is not working..
im on a newer system lu40
any thoughs on this or can u point me to the right direction???

i have the hd on usb port 1 and im trying to get usb port 2 to work for the wheel.
