If for some reason they did do that, and MS let them use their IP, why would they bother, it's a long standing alleged opinion that PS3 owners dislike Halo, the bigger hypocrisy would be PS3 fanatics buying it in droves.

Would be nice to see them re-invent some of their old IP other than a return to Halo time and time again.

Considering your the guy that seems to spend half of his time here defending Killzone 2 as the "hands down best shooter EVER made" (your words BTW) I really doubt your opinion on console game quality has much credibility here.

I'm not excited about any of Bungie's games to this day, and I own two consoles, so I hope for a completely new IP. They obviously got rich and famous because of Halo, so now I think they can try and make a new game, hopefully not another fps. It's not about it going multiplatform, I would be happy if they just tried at making something new, and I couldn't care less if it was exclusive or not (as long as it's not a wii exclusive). Maybe for once I will be excited about Bungie's game...btw, sorry Halo fans.

sony didnt really own FF. SE just happened to be sonys little *****.

m$ on the other hand owns the rights to halo and because of this youll never see a halo game on anything but a microsoft platform. well, i shouldnt say that. you may, but not any time soon. look how long it took perfect dark to come out on xbla.. people wanted goldeneye, but nintendo had the IP to their name, and m$ had Rare. they must have settled letting PD out :o same situation with halo.

whatever bungie makes for multi plat, im sure will be good. im gonna bet though 360 will stay lead platform and ps3 owners will whine when the ps3 version sucks compared to 360 version.
