'SAVE DATA CREATED ON ANOTHER SYSTEM HAS BEEN DETECTED. PLEASE PRESS THE PS HOME BUTTON TO END THE GAME. CONTINUING THE GAME WILL OVERWRITE THE PREVIOUS SAVE DATA'. So, I need the username to the save file (PSP username).

it means that you're screwed. you can't use others' Gran Turismo savegames. they're locked.

Uhm..good to know..only way then is use cwcheat.
