Things are getting nastier between Infinityward employees and Activision. A group of 38 consisted of current and former Infinity Ward employees (the Infinity Ward Employee Group) are filing a lawsuit against Activision for a whooping $75 to $125 million. The sum comes from bonuses mainly from the fourth quarter of 2009 and the first quarter of 2010, and monitary compensation. I honestly could care less for MW2, I like BFBC2 much better, but what Activision is doing is b.s., and even fanboys can agree with me on that one! A lot of stuff is mentioned on the lawsuit, and I wont bore you with the details, Ill let you guys bore yourselfs with all the legal mumble jumble, courtesy of G4tv for getting the copy of the lawsuit:
