can't ppstooypad to work on my fat psp10000

i copyed the psp folder to my psp root, it shows up in games on my psp , but when i click it, my psp says"the game could not be started. (80020148) o back"

i am on cw firmware 5.50 GEN-D3.

I think because it is an old homebrew...then need 1.50 kenel add. Unoftunally there isn't for 5.50GEN-d3.
