With an open beta (http://www.qj.net/qjnet/games-for-windows/test-drive-unlimited-2-open-beta-to-start-this-year.html) already confirmed for this year, all that's left for Atari (http://www.qj.net/#) to announce is a release date for Test Drive Unlimited 2. That's exactly what they revealed just recently.
The publisher has set a September 21 North American release for the Eden-developed racing game (http://www.qj.net/#). It was also announced that retailer-specific freebies will be given away to those who pre-order.
Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be available on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
