new black wirless dongle help

evening all ive got the new black wireless dongle and it keeps dropping out of games and suffering bad lag theres nowt wrong with my router as my pc is wireless and that doesnt have any problems and the both run at the same time so any ideas please as its pissing me off

im on 10mbit Virgin and i used to run an ethernet cable to my wireless pc and share its connection to my netgear router without lag or hosting problems
