Microsoft isnt gonna jump the gun on the 3-d fad. They know the xbox 360 can do what the ps3 can do with 3-d, but are concerned with the adoption rate 3-D. Admittedly they are already doing it with the xbox 360 as seen in such games like avatar.
Microsoft seems fine to support it, but not to over hype it until the consumer demands it.
CVG then asked if Xbox 360 could do everything that PS3 can in terms of 3D.
"Yeah, that's true," said Pernello. "I think that when we decide we want to jump into 3D it'll be because the consumer's voted. But from a technical side, there's nothing about it we can't do. In fact, we're already doing it today."
