Left shoulder button damaged anyway to fix?

Hey all my gf dropped my 360 controller the other day and now the LB button doesnt click/come back up when pressed just wondering if there is anyway to fix it?

Also my other controller the analog stick is in the slight "up" from centre position i assume something has broken? or fell off? is there anyway to fix it?

Get a torx driver

Undo the contoller

Re-line the buttons, stick pads.
