I got a new CF card for my DS because the old one was constantly corrupting. Problem is: now windows can't access the card via usb cable.
I can take the card out (unscrew, open, remove), plug it into a card reader, format it, put games on it, then put it all back together and my DS works just fine... but that's a pain in the ass.
The card itself is obviously fine (like I said the DS works just fine if I go through the painful process), I've played several games, used DSO / Moonshell / DSLibris / etc., but windows keeps telling me that I don't have a card inserted when I try to plug it into the usb port.
I'm using a SanDisk Ultra 4GB, Windows 7 (on 1st computer) and Windows XP (on 2nd computer) so it's not the operating system. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and if there's a fix for it? (I've already searched the forums and haven't found anything useful.)
Thanks.
