just came across this intresting rumor on another site and thought a few of the readers on here would be interested in it.according to the site the ps3 firmware master key is in the hands of someone who is in contact with the ps jailbreak team.all details can be found here at this link:

To be honest it wouldn't surprise me. Some Sony employee making a buck off of that key which will be good for a while seeing as it's probably the one that works with the new PS3 dev kit (iirc)
