whats really weird is that the story in the mail was completely true, the woman hadnt realised that the disease was making her start to lean to one side, the balance board of course picked this up and she then went to the doctors and got a diagnosis, the one in the sun (owner : rupert murdoch of fox news and sky fame) was the usual story as youd expect about someone who had not only used wii fit but had made the effort to change other parts of her lifestyle too.

The losing weight one, well thats any fitness regime you can stick too :) if it helped some one lose weight thats great for them. I still wouldn't compare Wii Fit to a real gym lol

As for the Parkinson's thing well while it might not be really related to the Wii balance board in specific at least its a good thing she found out about it early. I do not believe there is any cure but I think with early treatment, it can really help you live a longer healthier life.

Just goes to show you never know whats going to be a good influence in your life and you get lucky sometimes.

Sony falling would in fact be something terrible, which is why they need to push a new market. LBP honestly is the only game I enjoy on the PS3, the rest are multi platform, and are better enjoyed with a wiimote or 360 controller..
