My roommate has a weird issue with his PS3 (Slim). Sometimes (more then often) his ps3 won't turn off. When we click turn off on screen, the ps3 will beep two times and then the light stays green. The TV turns black. I"ve tried to hold the power button down for about a minute and still nothing. The only solution we have found is to pull the plug from the back. I've even went into the secret menu (press the ps3 button x amount of times ect.....) and restored the PS3 to default (erasing everything and starting again).
We don't have any non sony controllers attached (or any accessories attracted) and the ps3 is connected to the internet via Ethernet.
any ideas on how to fix this?
