help with backup manager multiman

I have E3 card reader

In the ps3 main menu/game folder/app_home/PS3_GAME/ folder errors 800028F14

but this may not be relevant, as multiman starts?

i cant find good tutorial on you tube so i am stuck

I load multiman it finds a disc in BD-ROM, the Game disc is highlighted in blue

so i push o to copy and say yes to copy to internal HDD

then it just goes back to the previous page.

i have external HDD connected should i create folders on this?

In you tube you push O and off you go i am lost

i selected multiman 3.41-3.55 it says its the latest no updates avaliable
