How do I get more stuff in my Pops? And also PE3 transelation help

I'm trying to play a PE2 game I have, but I need the 4.01 thingy. How do I install those on my psp? I tried going google but I couldn't understand anything! When I start it, POPS starts up telling me to choose from 3.00 pops to 3.72 pops. I want the 4.01 pops! But I have no absolure idea how to put it in D:

Oh, and also, a way to turn a PE3 iso from japanese to English would be very much appreciated!

Ay, ****. I told ya, I tried looking over those. I keep messing up and I don't even know what to download if I want the 4.01 thing for PE2.

GAH! This is frustrating me! I keep trying to put things in there but it keeps saying it can't read Eboot to defrag, and then I put other things in there and I don't fucking see the 4.01 thing I need to play PE2! HELP!

I explain you. Maybe you don't know me, but I help a lot of people...maybe you can understand this, reading my post count. If I have give you that link, mean you can only follow that guide, because you have to extract files needed. Why I or other user can't give you thats files?. Simple, because is illegal share copyrighted file like that.

P.s. One time I have tried to play PE2, and there isn't a perfect popstation to play it unitl the end.

P.s.2: Try to search on youtube for a video guide, if you have problem.
