this REALLY needs a source since if its a retail rather than web offer many companies (inc asda and game) will match the deal, in fact asda would beat it by 10% according to their latest price promise but you'd need some printed verifiable proof.

cheers for that, i've printed it out but still i really need a scan of the tesco advert that was in the sun this morning, which is the actual source, because there is no way in hell i'm buying a copy of that murdoch shitsheet.

i've got 2 pal 3ds units on order at game and since they have a price promise to local stores then thats going to make quite a saving (both tesco and game will be open at midnight so no get out for them there and it'll be nice to do to game what they do to all their customers)

you phone them up, tell them they are a set of thieving cunts and that you'll get one from tesco instead since they arent ripping people off, then pop down to tesco at midnight or anytime until the 29th march and say "i've come to buy a 3ds (and a game) since you are selling it at a fair price and the con men at game wouldnt price match it"

well amazon fucked up my order and only sent the game out so ive ordered it from tesco direct for console and game for £210 so its the same instore price but heres the good part if you order online you get £10 off from tesco direct with code TDK-KMAW so its £200 with any game and garenteed delivery(unlike amazon who told me lies). my gfs mum works for tesco and gets 10% off instore but shes off tomoz so i cant get the £21 off lol and dragging her up there at midnight is a bit evil haha

good luck with that, my first (and last) order with tesco online was "you're in the movies" because it was £1 cheaper than on amazon, obviously i checked the picture showed it included the camera (the whole reason i was buying it) and didnt state anywhere it was the game only, of course when it arrived it was just the game, customer services insisted that was correct, it took 22 days from when i returned it (and additional calls to customer services) before they even started the refund process, in the meantime, since i was buying it as a little gift for a friend to use for live video chat with his brother who doesnt have a pc) i ordered it from amazon, sure enough it was all present and correct from them.

well grabbed a couple this morning (pre ordered) from game, as expected the bastards wouldnt price match anywhere (makes you wonder why they claim they do) only good thing to say about them was ridge racer was on offer at £25, i guess that means the jap one is ready to be boxed up and put away now since it wont play the uk carts :(

for those who have the fuji 3d camera you'll be pleased to know that the 3ds can display your photos from that and the fuji 3d photoframe will show 3ds pictures in 3d so at least that seems to be an open standard.
